Relocating? Let me be your guide

When relocating to a new town, you can have a lot on your mind: New job, new school, new church, new routines, and of course, finding a new place for your family to live.  I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to get you straight to the properties you need to see.

When most buyers go into home search mode - they may end up with 50+ listings to view. It should go without saying that's too many houses to see first hand if you're limited on time! I can help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 houses, keeping these items in mind:

  • Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then write the things you simply want in another. If a property comes up short on your must-haves, it's one less house to look at.
  • Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, secure your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes beyond your budget.
  • Consider drive time to work or other interests. Traffic could be different than what you're accustomed to, so tell me how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

Before we meet in person, I could send you my picks for possible homes. Or if you've already started your search, let me know what you've found. While virtual tours and photos are invaluable, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. We could tour up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day with the proper planning.

My goal is to make sure that by the time you leave town, you can be comfortable in the knowledge you've found the best home for your family. Call me today at (631) 433-0327 to launch your home search.
